Where is my download?

If you can’t find your download, please check this (using Google Chrome):

1. Your file is available at the bottom bar of the browser, click to start the installation:

   

2. Open your downloads page with this shortcut: Ctrl+J (Windows) or Shift+Cmd+J (Mac).

   Or click on the icon menu  (located on the top right corner of Google Chrome) and select Downloads.

   

   Check the list. This list includes all files you have downloaded. Click the first one to start the installation

   

3. If you don’t change the default download location, Google Chrome downloads the files to the locations listed below. You’ll find your download there:

   • Windows 10, 8, 7 and Vista: /Users/Username/Downloads
   • Mac: /Users/Username/Downloads

If you don’t find the file, maybe you need to download the software again.
